Description:

Ticket Office duties include:

  • Attend Training in August (We'll likely do training between August 18th-August 22nd)
  • Use ticketing software to sell and exchange tickets, in person and over the phone
  • Prepare ticket orders for mail or will call
  • Move stanchions, stock publications, and other light custodial duties
  • Assist with season clean up
  • Provide general customer service, assistance and information for guests on site
  • Other duties as assigned
  • This is a seasonal position that ends October 14, 2018

Qualifications:

  • Punctual and reliable
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency
  • Must work well under some stress with deadlines
  • Must contributes as a member of a team
  • Ability to lift/carry up to 30 lbs
  • Must be available to work weekends and holidays (Labor Day)
  • Applicants requiring extended periods of leave will not be considered
  • Must be available for up to 20 hours per week during the following periods of time:
    • Tuesdays: 2:30pm-8:15pm
    • Wednesdays: 9:45am-2:30pm
    • Thursdays: 2:30pm-4:00pm
    • Fridays: 5:00pm-8:15pm
    • Saturdays: 9:45am-8:15pm
